We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund terms below:
1. Reporting an Issue (24 Hours Only)

All complaints must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

You must share clear photos/videos of the issue for verification.

After your complaint is approved, you will receive a confirmation email.
2. Eligible for Refund or Exchange
A refund or exchange is possible only in these cases:
a. Wrong Product Received
If we send the incorrect item, we will replace or refund it.
b. Damaged Product Due to Our Packaging
If the product arrives damaged because of poor packaging on our end, we will refund or replace it.
In both cases above, Ali Akbar Decorations will bear the return and re-delivery charges.
3. Not Eligible for Refund or Exchange

Change of mind or choosing the wrong size/color is not eligible.

Damage caused by the courier after proper packaging is not our responsibility.

Customized, personalized, or event-specific items cannot be exchanged or refunded.
4. Return Process

If your claim is approved, you must return the product in unused condition with original packaging.

Once received, processing the refund or replacement may take 4–5 working days.
5. Delivery of Replacement
If you request an exchange (and it qualifies):

Replacement will be delivered in 4–5 working days after approval.
